Every month we work with the team at John Deere to send out a customer survey. Some will receive a product survey which is several months after they have purchased their equipment while others might receive a Lifetime Ownership survey which is several years after a purchase. Both create the opportunity to share feedback with John Deere and Reynolds, and rest assured - when you provide feedback we listen. Every survey response is reviewed and we use the feedback provided to continuously improve.
