Promotion Period

The Reynolds Farm Equipment Mid-Season Lawn Mower Maintenance Giveaway ("Promotion") begins on July 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM EDT on August 31, 2026 ("Promotion Period").

Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of Indiana who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees of Reynolds Farm Equipment, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and members of their immediate household or persons living in the same household are not eligible.

Void where prohibited by law.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) John Deere® branded YETI® Roadie 32 Charcoal Cooler.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $375.00

No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption of the prize is permitted except at Reynolds Farm Equipment's sole discretion.

How to Enter

Option 1 – Service Purchase

Customers who purchase and complete a qualifying Mid-Season Lawn Mower Maintenance service during the Promotion Period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the giveaway.

Limit one (1) entry per completed qualifying service.

Option 2 – No Purchase Necessary Entry

To enter without purchasing a service, complete the entry form below during the Promotion Period.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent, automated, or late entries may be disqualified.

Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Reynolds Farm Equipment on or about September 5, 2026.

The winner will be selected from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification

The selected winner will be contacted using the phone number and/or email address provided during entry.

If the selected winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within seven (7) calendar days, declines the prize, or is determined to be ineligible, Reynolds Farm Equipment reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Prize Pickup

The winner must arrange pickup of the prize from a Reynolds Farm Equipment location unless otherwise agreed upon by Reynolds Farm Equipment. The winner may be required to present valid identification before receiving the prize.

General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Reynolds Farm Equipment, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion.

Reynolds Farm Equipment reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control compromise the integrity or proper administration of the Promotion.

Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Reynolds Farm Equipment to use the winner's name, city of residence, photograph, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Privacy

Information collected through this Promotion will be used solely for administering the giveaway and in accordance with Reynolds Farm Equipment's Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Reynolds Farm Equipment, its parent company, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any liability arising from participation in this Promotion or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.
