Engine & fluids
- Change engine oil and filter
- Replace spark plugs, air filter, and fuel filter as applicable
- Check engine for leaks and coolant level

Deck & drive
- Sharpen blades, clean underside of deck, and level deck
- Inspect deck blades, belts, spindles, pulleys, and linkages
- Inspect traction drive belt, fan, and pulleys
- Blow off grass and grease the unit

- Check safety features, steering, brakes, wheels, bushings, and bearings
- Set tire pressure and inspect shields, hood, and bumper
